Welcome to the St. Francis Yacht Club International Masters’ Regatta website!  The entire club, members and staff alike, are looking forward to presenting a memorable event in 2009 with exciting competition in one of the world’s premiere racing venues.

For nearly three decades, this regatta has been an ‘alumni’ event for those who have enjoyed notable careers in yacht racing, and yet are not ready to give up the ‘action’ and camaraderie of first rank competition.  The International Masters’ provide those racing ‘stars’ with an arena of unmatched quality to enjoy once again their long-standing battles with their peers, and a wonderful opportunity to show off undaunted skills in full view of family and friends on the San Francisco Bay City Front.

St. Francis Yacht Club hosts this regatta annually, providing participants and observers with superior regatta management, entertaining social opportunities, and an excellent venue for racing and viewing.  The StFYC organizes over forty race days each year for all types of competition, from dinghies to IRC Big Boats, AC Yachts to Optimists, in team racing and match racing for Championships in Collegiate, one design, and World classes.  StFYC enjoys a terrific membership, a superbly trained and managed Race Committee, and an amazingly reliable sea breeze – all of the components that make up a truly memorable event.
